What soft washing is
Most of what makes a house look tired is alive: algae on the siding, black streaks on the roof, green film on the walk. Blasting it only strips the surface. We wash with low pressure and biodegradable soap, diluted to lawn-safe levels, so the growth lets go and the paint, shingles and stone stay exactly where they are.

Started at 18 with one trailer rig.
Brady Caylor started Eco Star at 18 with a single trailer. The work has grown since then to commercial buildings, drone washing and holiday lighting. The method has not changed: low pressure, the right soap, and care around your home.

What is soft washing?
Soft washing cleans with low pressure and a biodegradable soap instead of force. The soap breaks down algae, mildew and grime, and a gentle rinse carries it away, so siding, shingles and stone are not blasted or etched.
How do I get a quote?

Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
No. There is no deposit to book a job with Eco Star.
Is the soap safe for my lawn and plants?
Our soaps are biodegradable and diluted to lawn-safe levels.
What days and hours do you work?
Every day of the week, 7 AM to 7 PM.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. Military customers get 15% off.
Do you wash commercial properties?
Yes. We wash storefronts, building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots and garages, and there is no minimum job size.
